BWRO desalination for Danper, Peru

Desalination treatment plant of several brackish water wells for enabling irrigation of blueberries and other local crops.
The facility includes pre-treatment and 2 independent RO systems for enabling operational flexibility.
Total facility flow: 10,320 m3/d

SWRO desalination + UF at Mine, Chile

Water treatment plant for sea water, includes UF, multimedia filtration, SWRO, 2nd pass RO & remineralization for a copper mine. Fully containerized, shipped and delivered within 10 months!
Total facility flow: UF: ≤7,200 m3/d; SWRO: ≤450 m3/h

 

BWRO desalination for Argo customer, Peru

BWRO treatment plant of 2 local wells for enabling irrigation of blueberries.
The facility includes an RO skid, which supplies 222 m3/h. It was dismantled for shipping and subsequently assembled locally.
Total facility flow: 6,050 m3/d (12% sourced in bypass)

Desalination at BHP Mine, Chile

Desalination plant that includes 3 containerized independent BWRO, each supply 72 m3/h. The facility meets high earthquake resistance and very strict engineering requirements.
Total facility flow: Up to 5180 m3/d

Two-floor containerized BWRO, Peru

After already ordering 3 RO facilities, customer lacked sufficient space for the 4th facility.
Our team designed and delivered a two-floor BWRO.
Total facility flow: Up to 3450 m3/d

Large BWRO facility, Peru

Desalination plant that is built of several modules for full operational flexibility.
Each module supplies 167 m3/h (9% sourced in bypass). A two- module design was itself doubled, resulting in the biggest well water facility for any agro customer in Peru.

Iron removal facility, Micronesia

High iron removal system for local municipality in the remote island. Used several techniques to enable significant operational costs reduction. At the customer’s request, the facility also enables large flexibility of operational flows.

Our unique design for enabling wide operational flexibility and quick installation process has been used and delivered several times. 155 m3/h system that is divided between 2 containers.

Ultra-Pure Water, Semiconductor factory, Israel

High standards require precise design and execution capabilities. A double pass RO combines GTM for CO2 removal, for unique semiconductor factory.

Dual BWRO systems, Peru

A unique project that enables great water source optimization and operational flexibility. This is due to a design approach of 2 RO modules, each supplying 160 m3/h, combined with dilution of water source.
Total facility flow: up to 9100 m3/d

UV Filtration, for dioxin elimination, Israel

Local ground water polluted by Dioxin, due to leftovers of the pharmaceutical industry.
The ground water has been pumped and treated for elimination of the dioxin (local authorities request).

Total facility flow: up to 1200 m3/d

Cooling water blowdown treatment, Israel

Cooling tower water blowdown with high carbonates, BOD and COD values. Main treatment is done through desalination, combined with high quality filtration and reduction process. The facility enables water saving through it recycling back to the cooling tower. Very high ROI value for our customer, a local power plant.
